Shambavi Samkalp IAS Coaching, is conceived and created by Katya Janani Charitable Trust, Coimbatore and Samkalp IAS Coaching, New Delhi for fulfilling the objective of providing an affordable coaching and mentoring for the students aspiring to take up Civil Services as their career.
Shambavi Samkalp will operate as "not for profit" centre focussing on providing coaching through classroom and online mode using the best of the technology and resources. Faculties and resources have been drawn from the pool of experts who have UPSC experience and passion to teach.
Coimbatore centre will have a well-stocked library that will have all the requires titles for Civil Services preparation in addition to online materials that the students can access through internet.
A Mentor Board that will have senior bureaucrats, legal experts, academicians will guide our centre and students the achieve the goal of shaping future cvil servants with "Nation First" attitude.
Supporting civil services aspirants from rural and marginal segment of society is our humble contribution to the nation building.

Quality and confidence building capability to the candidates appearing Personality test by UPSC. By now Interview Guidance Programme conducted by Samkalp has been branded as most effective and useful instrument for enhancing the confidence of the aspirants called for interview before UPSC Boards.
Samkalp has the most eligible team to train and evaluate candidates as per the situations and requirements of the UPSC Interview Board comprising eminent personalities, experts from various fields, retired & working bureaucrats.

Under this Program which continues for almost 45 days on an average 10 Mock Interview Boards are formed. The Mock Interview Continue from 10:00 AM in the morning to 05:30 in the evening.
